Water parks, equipped with slides of different heights, tobogans and swimming pools with or without waves, are an ideal place for a family holiday in the summer heat. HomeToGo has selected the top ten inexpensive of the 44 water parks in Spain.
The cost analysis included not only the price of tickets – two adults and two children, but also parking and accommodation in nearby cities. It is interesting to note that prices are rising towards the coast: the closer the water park to the sea, the more expensive the pleasure will be. The most expensive among the Spanish water parks was Aguamar Water Park in Ibiza – a visit here will cost 636 euros.
The ten most inexpensive water parks are located in five provinces: Castilla-La Mancha, Andalusia, Castile and Leon, Galicia and Valencia .
The only water park in Castile-La Mancha, Parque Acuático Playa Park – the cheapest in Spain, for one day the family will spend only 94 euros. In Galicia, too, there is only one park – Aquapark Cerceda, it will cost a little more, at 107 euros for a family of four.
In Andalusia you will find four economical water parks: Aquasierra in Cordoba (102 euros), Agua Mágica (114) and Aquopolis in Seville (142), Aquaola in Granada (122).
Water parks in the province of Castile and Leon rank third and eighth among the most inexpensive, these are Gran Florida and Isla León. On the first family for one day will spend 106 euros, and on the second – 122. And these two parks are the only water entertainments in the region.
And finally, in Valencia you can visit Segóbriga Park (108) and Quesada Aquapark (149), they occupy the fifth and tenth place in the list of economical water parks in Spain.
